They seem very sure that they can get my contrat cancelled and deposit money returned, they charge approx 35% of what you get back.

don,t bother... use and enjoy it.. timeshare vacations really are wonderful.. my wife and i have visited over 40 resorts around the world.. i would never travel any other way
