If you are heading to Mazatlan there are a few things you will want to be aware of. Specifically dealing with a company called Torrenza. A lot of people go to Mazatlan on vacation walk through the doors of Torrenza believe their lies and end up thousands of dollars poorer after returning home.
TORRENZA IS A FRAUD!!! We have owned here since 2005 with frozen maintenance costs. They are trying to raise the fee. DO NOT PAY HIGHER FEES!!! Also we notice a Gonzalez & Gonzalez law firm can help but we also saw a "RIPOFF Report" on the firm. Best thing to do is to go through PROFECO. If not satisfied with their decision get a Mazatlan based attorney to enforce your contract.
